After an amazing turn of events, we sold the house. We have been considering this a good time for invesiting a larger house. The lenders allow you to leverage more if you live in the house. Intrest rates are the lowest they have been in this history of the country.

We cooked a Pig this weekend. This was a fun project. It was for the people at work and a wonderful learning experience for me. We were trained by the great teacher, Mark of Mims Florida. We smoked it with hickory, used Moho marinate, and a salt/cider brine. This
