Activities This weekend

We cooked a Pig this weekend.

This was a fun project.  It was for the people at work and a wonderful learning experience for me. We were trained by the great teacher, Mark of Mims Florida.

We smoked it with hickory, used Moho marinate, and a salt/cider brine.

This is the pig all cooked up. 60 pounds of pork to feed everyone.  We had a lot of other fixings and everyone went home with a lot of meat.




We have been busy.
