hit by hurrican renuva

it seem we were hit by hurrican renuva, which required us to make a mess to recover from the damage. the damange was so extenisve we were required to paint the family room, the hall ways,and the kitchen,  and the spare bed room.  Also, new floorig was required. currently everything is in the living room while the flooring is being put into the kids rooms. the new carpets were due on saturday but will onluy arrive on monday.

the new tile will not be put in until we finish the other half of the house. then we will move everything from the clean side into the freshly painted/floored side and start again.

i was told, due to all the damange, i will not have a computer desk in teh front from any longer. too bad i was at work when this storm hit or I would have had a thing or two to say about it.

we spent 10 hours today painting on new colors like pumkin butter, and cookie butter.  it made me hungry.

needless to say, i have to include some photos.  I am so shock martha is taking this in stride.
