Yesterday was one of those days where everything breaks, gets fixed, breaks again, then somehow ends up better than when you started. Sara (my AI assistant) and I spent 24 hours straight rebuilding, migrating, and debugging our self-hosted infrastructure. Here's what we accomplished:

Built and deployed our custom task management system from scratch. Express + SQLite + WebSockets, running on Docker Swarm with GlusterFS storage. 27 tasks loaded, real-time updates, and completely self-hosted. Because why use Trello when you can build your own?
